While I was studying anthropology, I learned about different concepts of body, movement and nutrition. As I was immediately hooked by these ideas, I turned my fascination into an inexhaustible thirst for extending my knowledge. Later on, I mastered to combine and embrace my two passions Movement and Nutrition.

 

My enthusiasm was the driving force behind my further education and it shaped my career accordingly. I completed my Yoga & Pilates teacher training, gained professional education to become a certified nutritionist, received a master’s degree in nutrition and sports, followed by seminars on Functional Fitness, Fascia & Pelvic Floor Training and many more instructive encounters.

 

I studied and trained in Vienna, India and Bali. Up until this day I attend seminars, workshops and trainings on a regular basis to broaden my horizons and to keep my mind open.
