Besides Yoga I also offer Pilates, Functional Fitness, Fascia and Pelvic Floor Training as well as Relaxation classes – all of these activities are summed up by the term Yoga+. In order to build your personal training program, you can either book each activity separately or create a combination.

By closely working together we create your personalized health concept to improve your wellbeing. We usually practice in One-on-One sessions but if you want to bring a friend, feel free to do so (max. 3 participants).
